The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses a concrete main tower construction creeping formwork system which comprises a creeping formwork support installed on a top formwork used for constructing a concrete main tower; the demoulding hydraulic system is transversely mounted at the first section of the creeping formwork bracket; the mold closing hydraulic system is transversely mounted at the second section of the creeping formwork bracket; the second section is positioned above the first section; the two sets of template units are detachably connected with the demolding hydraulic system and the mold closing hydraulic system respectively; the formwork lifting system is used for lifting the formwork units located on the first section to the second section. The two formwork units are arranged on the creeping formwork support and matched with the demolding hydraulic system and the mold closing hydraulic system, independent demolding and mold closing of the two formwork units are achieved, the rolling lifting system and the formwork lifting system are matched, alternate lifting of the two formwork units is achieved, and the creeping formwork efficiency can be effectively improved.
