Dehydrating and drying method for river and lake dredged sediment
The invention discloses a river and lake dredged sediment dewatering and drying method, which performs solidification and drainage by constructing a sludge discharge field, and comprises the following steps: S1, constructing the sludge discharge field with at least two dewatering and drying areas; s2, pumping the muddy water from an inlet of the dewatering and drying area to the dewatering and drying area, settling and separating the muddy water in the dewatering and drying area and generating clear water, and enabling the clear water to flow out through a water return port of the dewatering and drying area; and S3, pumping out seepage water in the bottom mud layer by using a water suction pump group. During dehydration and drying, muddy water flows in an S shape, the free settling time is prolonged, the clarification effect of the muddy water reaching a water return opening is ensured, and the water dehydration efficiency is improved; in addition, pore water in the sludge in the consolidation process of the drainage pipe and the drainage ditch is pumped and drained through a water suction pump, drainage of the pore water in the sludge is accelerated, and dehydration and drying of the bottom mud are further accelerated; the constructed sludge discharge field is provided with two or more dewatering and drying areas, and the dewatering and drying areas can be switched to work, so that the dewatering and drying efficiency of the bottom sludge is further improved.
本发明公开了一种河湖疏浚底泥的脱水干化方法,该方法通过构建排泥场进行固化排水,包括:S1,构建具有至少两个脱水干化区的排泥场;S2,将泥水自脱水干化区的进口抽送至脱水干化区,泥水在脱水干化区沉降分离并产生明水,明水经脱水干化区的退水口向外流出;S3,利用抽水泵组将底泥层中的渗透水抽出。本发明在脱水干化时泥水以S形流动,增加自由沉降时间,确保泥水到达退水口的澄清效果,提高了明水脱水效率;另外,通过利用抽水泵将排水管和排水沟固结过程中淤泥中的孔隙水抽排,加快了淤泥孔隙水的排放,进一步加快底泥的脱水干化;本发明构建的排泥场具有两个及以上的脱水干化区,脱水干化区可以转换工作,进一步提高了底泥的脱水干化效率。
