The invention provides an oil containment boom with automatic inflation and deflation and storage functions. The oil containment boom comprises an oil containment boom body, a petroleum collection mechanism and an oil containment boom recovery mechanism. The oil containment boom body is modified and upgraded through the carbon dioxide gas cylinder and the automatic deflation device, so that the oil containment boom body is of a self-inflation structure, the tedious steps of inflation assembly and arrangement of a traditional oil containment boom are reduced, and the arrangement speed of the oil containment boom is increased. Meanwhile, after an automatic deflation device is started by the oil containment boom recovery mechanism, a first air bag is compressed to conduct the deflation process of folding the oil containment boom, automatic recovery of the oil containment boom is achieved, and oil stains surrounded by the oil containment boom body are continuously contracted to be collected.
