The invention discloses an anti-pulling connecting pile structure for a foundation slab and a construction method. The structure comprises a prefabricated hollow pipe pile (4) and a threaded steel pipe (2), wherein the upper end of the prefabricated hollow pipe pile (4) is fixedly connected with a reinforced concrete foundation (6) and serves as a main anti-pulling component, and the threaded steel pipe (2) and the prefabricated hollow pipe pile (4) are kept in a concentric state and installed in a hole. The rhombic anchoring mechanisms (3) are uniformly and continuously arranged along the threaded steel pipe, and each rhombic anchoring mechanism (3) comprises a connecting sleeve (301) provided with an inner hole in sliding connection with the threaded steel pipe (2), a wall supporting connecting rod (302) and a force applying plate (303) which is rotationally connected with the extending end of the wall supporting connecting rod (302), keeps in contact with the inner wall and is used for providing supporting force; the upper end sealing end plate (8) is arranged at the upper end of the threaded steel pipe (2) in a sleeving manner and is fixed at the top of the prefabricated hollow pipe pile (4); and gaps in the prefabricated hollow pipe piles (4) are filled with the concrete.
