The invention discloses a mass concrete construction process capable of effectively preventing concrete temperature shrinkage cracks, which comprises the following steps: before pouring platform body concrete, arranging cooling pipes in the platform body, welding the cooling pipes at the corners by elbows, arranging two layers of vertical cooling pipes on the platform body, locally arranging three layers of vertical cooling pipes on the platform body, arranging one row of vertical cooling pipes every 5 meters in the transverse direction, and arranging a water inlet and a water outlet on each layer of cooling pipes, all the components are arranged on the platform body; interlayer water inlets and interlayer water outlets are respectively independent, valves are arranged at the water inlets to control the flow of cooling water so as to correspondingly adjust the water circulation speed and the water inlet temperature of each layer according to temperature measurement data, the cooling pipes are erected in the platform body by adopting reinforcing steel bars and firmly bound by iron wires, a bleeding test is carried out on the cooling pipes after installation is completed, and no blockage and no water leakage are ensured.
