The invention discloses a fabricated steel plate-pile combined enclosure structure and a construction method. The fabricated steel plate-pile combined enclosure structure structurally comprises a groove, a steel member, a first resistance reduction layer, a second resistance reduction layer, a prefabricated concrete member, a first filler and a second filler. Each steel member comprises a bearing end wall plate, an insertion end wall plate and a connecting wall plate perpendicularly welded between the bearing end wall plate and the insertion end wall plate, and the bearing end wall plate and the insertion end wall plate of the adjacent steel member are spliced to form a cavity used for being inserted into the prefabricated concrete member. A pair of bearing end opening steel pipes are symmetrically welded to the bearing end wall plate, and a pair of connecting plates are welded to the inserting end wall plate. According to the construction method, the construction period is shortened, the engineering quality is improved, the construction method is environmentally friendly, the steel consumption is greatly reduced, the construction cost is reduced, after underground engineering construction is completed, a combination of the prefabricated concrete member and the grouting waterproof curtain is additionally arranged outside the waterproof layer, and the waterproof effect of underground engineering is improved.
