The upper end of each water storage cavity is provided with a communicating opening enabling the interiors of the two water storage cavities to communicate with each other, two cavity partition plates are vertically arranged in the two water storage cavities in a sliding mode, hanging rods are installed at the bottoms of the cavity partition plates, an installation frame is rotatably installed through the hanging rods, and a slag breaking mechanism is installed on the side face of the installation frame.
