The invention belongs to the technical field of municipal roads. An intelligent anti-blocking drainage-increasing well lid is installed in a rain drainage well mouth for use and is characterized by comprising a well lid body, a sewage intercepting fence, a lifting driving assembly and an automatic control assembly; the well lid is horizontally and symmetrically pressed on the upper portion of the rain drainage well opening and hinged to the rain drainage well opening. The sewage intercepting fences are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the well lid. The lifting driving assembly is connected with the well lid and the sewage intercepting fence and connected with the automatic control assembly through the internet of things. When the automatic control assembly senses information such as the water flow speed and the water flow pressure around the well lid, the lifting driving assembly can be controlled to drive the well lid to rotate downwards around the hinged part, so that a drainage gap is formed between the sides, away from the hinged part, of the well lid, and the drainage amount and the drainage speed are increased; and meanwhile, the sewage intercepting fences are lifted from the two sides of the well lid through the lifting driving assembly so as to intercept garbage floating along with water flow.
