The invention discloses a hydropower station underground powerhouse assembly type prefabricated wallboard fixing device which comprises an upper connecting device and a lower connecting device, the upper connecting device is provided with joint bars and embedded plates on upstream and downstream side walls in advance, a formwork is erected for pouring to form a supporting piece, and the embedded plates and bolt rod pieces on prefabricated wallboards are fixedly welded through connecting angle steel during installation; the lower connecting device is connected into an integral structure through welding of the lower side connecting piece embedded part and the stiffening plate, the load of the prefabricated wall panel is supported through the supporting structure welded to the bottom embedded part, and the lower connecting piece is fixed through locking of the high-strength bolt and fine adjustment of the elevation of the outer wall panel.
