The invention relates to the technical field of curtain walls, and discloses a modeling inhaul cable curtain wall for a low-rigidity building and a construction method of the modeling inhaul cable curtain wall. The surface cables extend downwards from a roof, the decorating parts are anchored on the surface cables, the overhanging rope hanging table is arranged on the edge of the roof and located above a curtain wall, the bottom cables are arranged at the bottoms of the surface cables, the upper ends of the surface cables are connected to the lower portion of the overhanging rope hanging table, and the lower ends of the surface cables are connected to the bottom cables; the bottom cable is a passive cable and is in an arch shape, and only the end of the bottom cable is fixed. According to the method, the prestress inhaul cable (namely the face cable) in the inhaul cable curtain wall is not fixed to the foundation any more but fixed to the soft bottom cable, deformation of a building is greatly reduced when the face cable is tensioned, meanwhile, deformation of the bottom cable is not hysteretic like that of the building and is consistent with the tensioning process of the face cable, and therefore the deformation of the building is greatly reduced. Therefore, the problem that the inhaul cable curtain wall deforms due to the fact that a building is stretched and deformed during construction is solved. And when the building deforms due to wind subsequently, the surface cable in the inhaul cable curtain wall is not driven to stretch out and draw back repeatedly.
