The invention provides an assembly type house building component. An outer extending head is arranged on the side, located on a female connector, of a base plate, and an inner extending head is arranged on the side, located on a male connector, of a base plate. The male joint comprises a plug structure and an inward extending structure, and a back bending structure is arranged on the inward extending structure; the back bending structure comprises an inner extension head matching part, a process table matching part and an outer transition plate matching part; the female joint comprises a slot structure, a male joint side heat insulation cavity is formed between the male joint bulge and the base plate, and a female joint side heat insulation cavity is formed between the female joint bulge and the base plate; a random plate is arranged on the inner side wall plate of the slot structure, an outer heat insulation groove is formed in the position, close to the female connector bottom plate, of the outer side wall plate of the slot structure, and an outer clamping part is formed on the outer side wall plate. During assembly, a first dynamic heat insulation cavity is formed between the plug structure and the slot structure, and a second dynamic heat insulation cavity is formed among the back bending structure, the plug structure and the inward extending structure. During application, an independent heat insulation cavity is formed between the two components, the heat insulation effect is excellent, and the cold bridge prevention effect is very remarkable.
本发明创造提供了一种装配式房屋建筑构件,基板处于母接头侧设有外伸头,公接头侧设有内伸头;公接头包括插头结构及内延结构,内延结构上设有回弯结构;回弯结构包括内伸头配合部、工艺台配合部及外过渡板配合部;母接头包括插槽结构,公接头隆起与基板间形成公接头侧隔热腔,母接头隆起与基板间形成母接头侧隔热腔;插槽结构内侧壁板上设有随型板,插槽结构外侧壁板靠近母接头底板处设有外隔热槽,并在外侧壁板上形成外夹紧部;拼装时,插头结构与插槽结构间形成第一动态隔热腔,回弯结构、插头结构及内延结构间形成第二动态隔热腔。本发明创造应用时,两构件间形成独立的隔热腔,绝热效果极佳,防冷桥效果非常显著。
