Rapid dismantling method for metal roof board
A quick dismantling method for a metal roofing board comprises the steps that according to the characteristics of connecting nodes of the metal roofing board, the whole metal roofing board is divided into a plurality of mutually independent roofing dismantling units, fixing supports between the roofing dismantling units and purlines are cut, and the connecting nodes of the metal roofing board and the purlines are removed; and all accessories below the roof dismantling unit are dismantled, and then the metal roof board is integrally dragged to the ground through a winch and then is further cut. The method reduces the dismantling difficulty of the metal roofing board, reduces the workload of roof dismantling operation of workers, is continuous in construction operation, and saves time and cost.
一种金属屋面板的快速拆除方法，根据金属屋面板连接节点的特点，先将整个金属屋面板分割为多个相互独立的屋面拆除单元，切割屋面拆除单元与檩条之间的固定支架，解除金属屋面板与檩条的连接节点，将屋面拆除单元下方的所有附属物拆除，然后利用卷扬机将金属屋面板整体拖移至地面后，再进一步切割。本方法降低了金属屋面板的拆除难度，减少工人屋顶拆除作业工作量，施工作业连续，节省时间和成本。
