The invention relates to an interior and exterior wall decoration panel dry hanging structure and a construction method, in particular to the field of wall decoration, and the dry hanging structure comprises a vertical keel layer fixed to the surface of a wall, a transverse keel layer fixed to the vertical keel layer, dry hanging pieces fixed to transverse keels of the transverse keel layer and decoration panels installed on the dry hanging pieces.
