The trolley comprises a movable base, a supporting frame installed on the movable base, a limiting mechanism installed on the supporting frame and used for fixing the ALC wallboard, and a hoisting device installed on the movable base and used for hoisting the ALC wallboard. The invention further discloses a using method of the ALC wallboard hoisting and mounting device, hoisting and mounting of the ALC wallboard can be effectively achieved, and meanwhile the situation that the ALC wallboard overturns in the hoisting process can be effectively avoided; the structure is simple and practicability is high.
