Antiskid archaized brick and manufacturing process
The invention aims to provide the anti-skid archaized brick with excellent anti-skid performance and smooth surface and the manufacturing process. The antiskid archaized brick comprises a green body, engobe, an ink jet layer and a protective glaze which are formed in sequence, and the protective glaze comprises the following components in parts by mass: 27-30 parts of potassium feldspar, 6-9.5 parts of albite, 8-9 parts of calcined talc, 4-5.5 parts of calcined kaolin, 1-3 parts of zinc oxide, 16-22 parts of barium carbonate, 8-11 parts of washed kaolin, 3-4 parts of dolomite and 14-19 parts of frit powder. After the protective glaze is sintered, a plurality of micropores are formed in a glaze layer; the manufacturing process is used for completing preparation of the anti-skid archaized brick. The method is applied to the technical field of building ceramic production.
本发明旨在提供一种防滑性能优秀但表面平滑的防滑仿古砖及制造工艺。所述防滑仿古砖包括依次成型的坯体、化妆土、喷墨层以及保护釉,所述保护釉的成分按质量计算包括27‑30份钾长石、6‑9.5份钠长石、8‑9份烧滑石、4‑5.5份煅烧高岭土、1‑3份氧化锌、16‑22份碳酸钡、8‑11份水洗高岭土、3‑4份白云石以及14‑19份熔块粉,所述保护釉经过烧成后釉层内形成若干微孔;所述制造工艺用于完成所述防滑仿古砖的制备。本发明应用于建筑陶瓷生产的技术领域。
