Low-shrinkage self-compacting micro-expansion concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses low-shrinkage self-compacting micro-expansion concrete and a preparation method thereof. The concrete comprises 270 to 330 parts of cement, 80 to 120 parts of fly ash, 30 to 70 parts of mineral powder, 10 to 50 parts of a composite expanding agent, 700 to 900 parts of sand, 900 to 1100 parts of stone, 7 to 11 parts of a water reducing agent, 0.1 to 2 parts of an internal curing agent, 0.5 to 1 part of fiber and 140 to 160 parts of water. The internal curing agent is prepared from 5 to 25 parts of maltodextrin, 1 to 10 parts of filler, 5 to 15 parts of macromolecular organic matters, 5 to 30 parts of ionic monomers, 5 to 30 parts of nonionic monomers, 0.01 to 1 part of cross-linking agent, 0.001 to 0.1 part of initiator, 1 to 10 parts of neutralizing reagent and 60 to 90 parts of water. The concrete has excellent workability, pumpability, high strength and low shrinkage, can realize self-curing, and solves the problem that common self-compacting concrete is difficult to cure, so that the action of an expanding agent is not obvious.
