Method for preparing cellulose composite silica aerogel by using water glass
The invention provides a method for preparing cellulose composite silica aerogel by using water glass. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing dispersion liquid of cellulose in water glass sol; step 2, preparing cellulose composite silica gel; step 3, washing and replacing the gel; and step 4, vacuum freeze drying. The preparation method comprises the following steps: compounding nano cellulose serving as a reinforcing material with diluted water glass sol in a sol stage in a stirring and ultrasonic dispersion manner, and replacing a solvent system in cellulose composite silicon wet gel with a co-solvent system of tert-butyl alcohol and water in a preferable ratio through washing and replacement steps; and carrying out vacuum freeze drying on the cellulose composite silicon wet gel on the basis to prepare the cellulose composite silicon aerogel.
本发明提供了一种使用水玻璃制备纤维素复合硅气凝胶的方法，包括：步骤1、制备纤维素在水玻璃溶胶中的分散液；步骤2、制备纤维素复合硅凝胶；步骤3、凝胶的水洗及置换；步骤4、真空冷冻干燥。将纳米纤维素作为增强材料在溶胶阶段与稀释水玻璃溶胶通过搅拌加超声分散的方式进行复合，通过水洗及置换的步骤将纤维素复合硅湿凝胶中的溶剂体系置换为优选比例下的叔丁醇与水的共溶剂体系，在此基础上对纤维素复合硅湿凝胶进行真空冷冻干燥制备纤维素复合硅气凝胶。
