Fine matte dry granular glaze ceramic tile and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a fine matte dry granular glaze ceramic tile and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of ceramic tiles. The fine and smooth matte dry granular glaze ceramic tile sequentially comprises a green body, a cover glaze layer, a pattern layer and a dry granular glaze layer from bottom to top, wherein the raw material of the dry granular glaze layer comprises dry granular frits; the dry particle frit comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass: 18-20 parts of aluminum oxide, 52-55 parts of quartz powder, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 3-5 parts of strontium carbonate, 8-10 parts of limestone, 2-4 parts of barium carbonate and 4-6 parts of feldspar. The preparation method of the ceramic tile comprises the following steps: spraying water on a dried green brick, and sequentially applying cover glaze slip and ink-jet printing patterns on the surface of the green brick; and applying dry granular glaze slip on the surface of the green brick containing the printed pattern, and firing to obtain the fine and smooth matte dry granular glaze ceramic tile. According to the invention, the formula of the dry granular glaze on the surface of the ceramic tile is researched, so that the ceramic tile with fine texture and matte effect is prepared.
