Fabricated bracket structure and low-carbon construction method of high-pier cast-in-place beam
The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge construction, and particularly relates to a low-carbon construction method for a fabricated bracket structure and a high-pier cast-in-place beam. For pier columns of cylindrical piers or rectangular hollow piers, vertical bearing force is provided for the whole construction platform in the mode that the hoop assemblies and the pre-buried climbing cones are matched with the brackets correspondingly, and bending stress of the assembly type bracket can be prevented through the mode that the bracket cross beams are connected with the hoop assemblies or the brackets through pin shafts. All components of the assembly type bracket bear axial stress, and the material strength of a construction platform is fully utilized. In the bracket structure, a pin shaft connection mode is adopted, and the position of a bracket inclined strut joint on a bracket cross beam can be adjusted according to actual construction conditions. After being used, the assembly type bracket can be conveniently and quickly disassembled and transferred to the next unit to be constructed to be reused or applied to other construction projects. The same device can be used for two times or multiple times, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.
本发明属于桥梁施工技术领域,特别涉及一种装配式托架结构、高墩现浇梁的低碳施工方法。针对圆柱墩或矩形空心墩的墩柱,分别对应采用抱箍组件和预埋爬锥配合牛腿的方式为整体施工平台提供竖向承载力,托架横梁与抱箍组件或牛腿采用销轴连接的方式也可以防止装配式托架出现弯曲应力,装配式托架的各个构件均承受了轴向应力,充分的利用了施工平台的材料强度。托架结构中销轴连接方式,托架斜撑节也可根据实际施工情况调节其在托架横梁上的位置。装配式托架使用完毕后,方便快速拆卸并转运至下一个待施工单元进行重复利用,或其他的施工项目中应用。实现了同一装置的二次或多次利用,极大的降低了施工成本。
