The invention discloses a construction platform in a movable cable bent tower and a construction method, and the construction platform comprises a movable platform, the two ends of the movable platform are of telescopic structures and are respectively supported at the tops of supporting seats pre-buried on two tower walls; each set of stand columns comprises two stand columns which are arranged on the two sides of the movable platform. The tensioning beams are respectively arranged on one group of upright posts and are connected with the tops of the two corresponding upright posts; the tensioning equipment is arranged on the tensioning beam and is used for tensioning the stay cable; the lifting system is arranged on the bridge tower and used for adjusting the height position of the movable platform. Free adjustment of the length of the movable platform is achieved through the telescopic structures at the two ends, free adjustment of the height position of the movable platform is achieved through the lifting system, and the traction device and the tensioning tool are matched so that the movable platform can adapt to stay cable tensioning and other construction requirements at different positions within the full-height range of a bridge tower; and the construction efficiency and quality are improved while the construction safety is improved.
