The invention relates to the technical field of pile foundation reinforcement, in particular to a pile foundation constraint structure which is a prefabricated integrated structure and comprises a sleeve suitable for being arranged outside a pile foundation in a sleeving mode; the number of the auxiliary piles is at least one set, one set of the auxiliary piles comprises a plurality of auxiliary piles which are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the casing pipe at intervals, every two adjacent auxiliary piles in one set of the auxiliary piles are connected through a first connecting rib, and the auxiliary piles are connected with the casing pipe or the two adjacent auxiliary piles located on different circles through second connecting ribs; the second connecting rib comprises an elastic part, the auxiliary pile comprises a pile body with a pile core hole and a reinforcing rib located below the pile body, and after the pile foundation constraint structure is hoisted in place, the reinforcing rib is suitable for being embedded into a hard soil layer with the designed depth under gravity and ballast force, and the pile body is suitable for being embedded into a soft soil layer. The pile foundation constraint structure can effectively reduce the construction period and the construction difficulty, and can better adapt to the construction action conditions of short offshore wind power window period and large water depth.
