Deep foundation pit supporting construction method
The invention discloses a deep foundation pit supporting construction method which is used for overcoming the technical defects caused by the fact that grouting bags are adopted in the existing prestress anchoring process. The deep foundation pit supporting construction method comprises the seven steps of drilling, assembling and pushing of a steel strand anchor rod, grouting of an inner anchoring section, manufacturing of an orifice concrete cushion pier, tensioning construction, grouting of a tensioning section and anti-corrosion treatment of an outer anchoring section. In the state, the mechanical anchor body is positioned in an enclosed space formed by the four column stranded wires and is arranged in an I shape; the second position is in an expansion state, and the mechanical anchor body is located in the reamed hole in the expansion state and is in the maximum expansion state; the design of the grouting bag in the steel strand anchor rod is optimized into the design of the mechanical anchor part, temporary supporting at the reaming part can be completed by pulling the auxiliary strand in the middle, and compared with a previous grouting bag grouting expansion method, the steel strand anchor rod has the advantages of being rapid in construction, safe and reliable.
本发明公开了一种深基坑支护施工方法,用于解决现有预应力锚固过程中采用注浆袋存在的技术弊端。该深基坑支护施工方法包括钻孔、钢绞线锚杆的组装与推送、内锚固段的注浆、制作孔口砼垫墩、张拉施工、张拉段注浆、外锚固段防腐处理七个步骤,其中,改进后的机械锚体具有两个极限位置:位置一,收纳状态,该状态下机械锚体位于四根柱绞线组成的围合空间内,为I字形布置;位置二,膨胀状态,该状态下机械锚体位于扩孔内,且处于最大膨胀状态;通过将钢绞线锚杆中的注浆袋设计优化为机械锚件设计,通过抽拉中间位置的副绞线即可完成在扩孔部位的临时支撑,比之前的注浆袋注浆膨胀方法具有施工快捷、安全可靠的优势。
