Cast-in-situ bored pile bottom sediment detection device and use method thereof
The invention relates to a cast-in-situ bored pile bottom sediment detection device and a using method thereof, the cast-in-situ bored pile bottom sediment detection device comprises a placement flat plate with a detection port in the middle and a detection rod concentric with the detection port, and the detection port is right opposite to an opening of a cast-in-situ bored pile body. The detection rod is sleeved with a sleeve structure used for enabling the detection rod to slide in the axis direction of the detection opening, the detection rod comprises a first contact plate arranged at the bottom end of the detection rod and a second contact plate arranged at the top end of the detection rod, the second contact plate makes contact with a sediment thickness indicating device, and the detection rod is provided with a length adjusting device. The thickness of sediment at the bottom of the cast-in-situ bored pile is detected through the detection rod, and the first contact plate enables measured data to be more stable than that of a conventional probe and not prone to abrasion; by means of the length adjusting mechanism, the device is suitable for cast-in-situ bored piles with different depths; the sleeve structure ensures the running stability of the detection rod; the measuring rod and the graduated scale serve as sediment thickness indicating devices, use is visual, and errors are effectively reduced.
本发明涉及一种钻孔灌注桩桩底沉渣检测装置及其使用方法,包括中部设有检测口的放置平板以及与所述检测口同心设置的检测杆,所述检测口正对钻孔灌注桩桩体的开口。所述检测杆外套有用于使其可沿所述检测口轴线方向滑动的套筒结构,所述检测杆包括设于其底端的接触板一及设于其顶端的接触板二,所述接触板二与沉渣厚度指示装置相接触,所述检测杆设有长度调节装置。本发明通过探测杆实现对钻孔灌注桩桩底沉渣的厚度进行检测,接触板一使测得数据比常规探针稳定且不易磨损;长度调节机构使本发明适用于不同深度的钻孔灌注桩;套筒结构保证探测杆运行的稳定性;量度杆及刻度尺作为沉渣厚度指示装置,使用直观有效减小误差。
