The invention relates to a combined energy dissipation assembly type shear wall horizontal connecting device which is characterized in that an upper shear wall and a lower shear wall are connected through a buckling-restrained steel bar and a connecting assembly with a friction damper, and the connecting assembly comprises a lower pre-buried connecting steel plate, a friction pair and an upper pre-buried T-shaped connecting steel plate which are sequentially connected in the longitudinal horizontal direction; the upper pre-buried T-shaped connecting steel plate and the lower pre-buried connecting steel plate are connected with the upper and lower limb precast concrete shear wall through anchor bars, and a plurality of screws are arranged on the web overlapping face of the upper pre-buried T-shaped connecting steel plate and the lower pre-buried connecting steel plate. A screw rod sequentially penetrates through the lower pre-embedded connecting steel plate, the friction pair and the upper pre-embedded T-shaped connecting steel plate in the longitudinal horizontal direction and then is connected with a nut; and during connection, the two ends of the buckling-restrained steel bar are connected with concave rings at anchor plates of the upper and lower pre-embedded connecting steel plates in a surrounding welding manner. The fabricated concrete shear wall has the advantages that the structure is simple, the complexity of vertical connection of the fabricated concrete shear wall is simplified, the energy dissipation capacity of the fabricated concrete shear wall is improved, and the structure obtains more excellent anti-seismic performance and recoverability after an earthquake.
