Method for reinforcing high-rise autoclaved lightweight concrete (ALC) wall through steam pressurization
The invention relates to a high-rise steam pressurization ALC wall reinforcing method which comprises the following steps: step 1, splicing a plurality of ALC wallboards into an ALC wall, and filling and compacting polymer bonding mortar between concave and convex notches of two adjacent ALC wallboards; step 2, filling polymer bonding mortar between the lower end of each ALC wallboard and the bottom beam board, and fixing the ALC wallboards by using partition board U-shaped clamps; the upper end of each ALC wallboard and the beam bottom are reinforced in the same way; 3, the side faces of the ends of the ALC wall plates at the two ends of the ALC wall body, the structural columns and the shear wall are connected in a reinforced mode through galvanized U-shaped clamps and pins; 4, targeted reinforcing measures are set according to the size of the high-rise ALC wall; and 5, holes are formed in the ALC wall body according to design and construction requirements, and the formed holes are reinforced. The ALC wall body can be integrally reinforced, holes formed in the ALC wall body can be reinforced, the integral rigidity and stability of the ALC wall body are greatly improved, and the service life of the wall body is also prolonged.
本发明涉及高层蒸汽加压ALC墙体加固方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、由若干块ALC墙板拼装成ALC墙体,相邻两块ALC墙板的凹凸槽口之间填充聚合物粘接砂浆并密实;步骤2、每块ALC墙板的下端和底梁板之间填充聚合物粘接砂浆,并采用隔墙板U型卡固定;每块ALC墙板上端和梁底之间也采用同样方式加固;步骤3、ALC墙体两端的ALC墙板端部侧面与结构柱、剪力墙之间采用镀锌U型卡、销钉加固连接;步骤4、根据高层ALC墙体尺寸大小,分别设置针对性的加固举措;步骤5、根据设计施工要求在ALC墙体上开洞,对开洞进行加固。本发明可对ALC墙体实现整体的加固,又可对ALC墙体上开洞的加固,大大提高ALC墙体的整体刚性、稳固性,也提高了墙体使用寿命。
