The invention discloses a prefabricated roof panel and a construction method thereof. An existing concrete roof has the defects that factory-like and modular production cannot be achieved, the construction speed is low, and the strength is low. The system comprises a steel structure base which is internally provided with a heat-preservation and waterproof integrated concrete roof panel; the concrete roof panel comprises a reinforced concrete layer, a polypropylene fiber cement mortar layer and a waterproof and heat preservation integrated layer. The steel structure base comprises a side plate steel structure base provided with a dovetail joint notch, a side plate steel structure base provided with a dovetail joint and a middle plate steel structure base, and the side plate steel structure base, the middle plate steel structure base and the middle plate steel structure base are fixed in a mortise and tenon connection mode. The steel structure base is provided with the mortise and tenon joint structure, the structure cannot be easily dislocated on site, and the construction quality is guaranteed; corresponding constructional bars are arranged on the base, a concentric-square-shaped steel plate is welded to the bottom of the base, and stability of connection between the concrete roof panel and the base is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种预制屋面板及其施工方法。现有混凝土屋顶存在不能工厂化、模块化生产、施工速度缓慢、强度较低等缺点。本发明包括钢结构底座，其内设有保温防水一体化的混凝土屋面板；混凝土屋面板包括钢筋混凝土层、聚丙烯纤维水泥砂浆层和防水保温一体化层；钢结构底座包括设有燕尾榫缺口的边板钢结构底座、设有燕尾榫的边板钢结构底座和中板钢结构底座，相互间通过榫卯连接方式固定。本发明钢结构底座设置有榫卯结构，在现场不会使结构轻易发生错位，保证了施工质量；底座上设置相应的构造筋，底座底部焊接有回形钢板，保证混凝土屋面板与底座连接的稳定性。
