The invention relates to a beam side overhanging type assembling and discharging platform and a construction method. The beam side overhanging type assembling and discharging platform comprises an embedded system, an assembling type platform and a connecting system. The pre-embedded system comprises a pre-embedded bolt sleeve and a pre-embedded pull ring which are mounted on the beam side; the assembly type platform comprises a force bearing platform, an enclosure structure and a rear assembly component. The enclosure structures are installed on the left side face, the right side face and the front side face of the bearing platform. A tie pull ring is mounted at the side front part of the assembled platform; an end anchor plate is mounted at the rear end of the assembled platform; the connecting system comprises a high-strength bolt and a tie rope; the end anchor plates are fixed to the embedded bolt sleeves through high-strength bolts, so that the lower end of the assembly type platform is fixed to the beam side. The front end and the rear end of the tie rope are tied between the pre-embedded pull ring and the tie pull ring respectively, so that the assembled platform is horizontally tied on the beam side. The beam side overhanging type assembling and unloading platform is suitable for a bent frame structure, the designed rear assembling components can prevent conflicts with an existing frame body in the hoisting process, construction is rapid, resources are saved, and construction safety can be effectively guaranteed.
