The invention provides a basalt fiber parking shed convenient for orderly charging and a use method of the basalt fiber parking shed, and relates to the technical field of parking sheds. The device comprises a ceiling, a cross beam, a hanging frame, a winding roller, a winding motor, a balance weight lever, a roller blind, a touch screen, a vehicle sensor and a control box. The control box is configured to generate a plurality of two-dimensional codes in sequence, each two-dimensional code corresponds to a unique password, and the control box displays the two-dimensional codes on the touch screen one by one; after the two-dimensional code displayed on the touch screen is used by the handheld terminal, the control box sends a password corresponding to the two-dimensional code to the handheld terminal, and a next syn-position two-dimensional code is displayed on the touch screen; when the vehicle sensor detects that the charging vehicle is driven away from the charging parking space, the control box enables the rolling motor to act so as to move the roller shutter downwards. According to the method, the parking shed is applied, the queue jumping behavior of the charging car owners can be restrained to a certain degree, and the charging car owners can queue up in order for charging under the condition that charging resources are insufficient.
