A circular groove is formed in the box body, a cleaning pipe assembly is installed in the circular groove, then a cloth discharging opening is formed in one side of the box body, one end of rolled cloth penetrates through the cloth discharging opening and then is perpendicular to the lower portion of the cover plate, the other end of the rolled cloth is connected with an inclined plate, and the angle of the inclined plate faces the direction of the cover plate. When the box body rotates, the interior of the box body rotates and winds the rolled cloth to enter the box body, at the moment, the inclined plate ascends and makes contact with the cover plate, the long spring is pressed to retract into the retraction hole through thrust generated by the inclined plate, and therefore the cover plate rotates to cover the cloth discharging opening, and the interior of the box body is kept in a closed state; therefore, the effects of timely closing, reducing internal dust and prolonging the service life of the mechanical structure are achieved.
