The invention provides a photovoltaic frame, a photovoltaic module and a photovoltaic building roof structure, and the photovoltaic frame comprises a frame body which comprises a plate, a bottom plate and a side plate connecting the top plate and the bottom plate, the top plate, the bottom plate and the side plate form a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is used for clamping the edge end of a laminated part; the first supporting plate is located below the bottom plate and connected with the bottom plate; the second supporting plate is connected with the outer side face of the side plate through a first connecting part, and the first connecting part is provided with a supporting top face; wherein the supporting top surface is lower than the top surface of the top plate. When applied to a photovoltaic building roof structure, the supporting top face is used for supporting the middle assembly such as a pressing block or a sealing strip, due to the fact that the supporting top face is lower than the top face of the adjacent top plate, the height of the middle assembly is reduced, the height difference between the middle assembly and the top face of the adjacent top plate is reduced, and then the unevenness of the surface of the photovoltaic building roof structure can be reduced.
