The grouting material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-60 parts of cement; 8 to 20 parts of fly ash; 40 to 60 parts of quartz sand; 0.5 to 1.5 parts of silicon dioxide aerogel; 0.01 to 5 parts of graphene; 0.01 to 0.15 part of a dispersing agent; 0.01 to 0.05 part of a plastic expanding agent; 0.01 to 0.15 part of an expanding agent; 0.01 to 0.1 part of a defoaming agent; 0.01 to 0.1 part of low viscosity cellulose; the invention further discloses a preparation method of the grouting material for the second lining of the tunnel and a method for reducing hydration heat of a grouting layer of the tunnel.
