Impermeable shield inert synchronous grouting material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an impervious shield inert synchronous grouting material and a preparation method thereof. The impervious shield inert synchronous grouting material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 19%-28% of an inert cementing material, 45%-50% of river sand, 7%-10% of sodium bentonite, 4%-8% of a reinforcing-impervious complexing agent, 11.8%-15.7% of water and 0.1%-1% of a water reducing agent, and the total content of the raw materials is 100%. Wherein the inert cementing material is a mixture of superfine slag powder, fly ash and silica fume, and the mass ratio of the superfine slag powder to the fly ash to the silica fume is (14-18): (3-5): (2-5). The preparation method is based on solid waste resource recycling, the prepared shield inert synchronous grouting material is good in workability, good in pumpability and excellent in waterproof and anti-seepage performance, and durability and structural stability of tunnel prefabricated segments are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种抗渗型盾构惰性同步注浆材料及其制备方法,由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:惰性胶凝材料:19%~28%,河砂45%~50%,钠基膨润土7%~10%,增强‑抗渗复合剂4%~8%,水11.8%~15.7%,减水剂0.1~1%,上述原料总含量为100%;其中:惰性胶凝材料为矿渣微粉、粉煤灰、硅灰的混合物,所述矿渣微粉、粉煤灰和硅灰的质量比为(14~18):(3~5):(2~5)。该制备方法基于固废资源回用,制备出的盾构惰性同步注浆材料了和易性良好、泵送性好,且防水抗渗性能优良,保证了隧道预制管片耐久性和结构稳定性。
