Solid waste-based wet spraying concrete as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses solid waste-based wet spraying concrete as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of building materials. The solid waste-based wet spraying concrete comprises the following components: 15%-20% of a cementing material, 60%-80% of aggregate, 0.2%-0.5% of a water reducing agent and the balance of water. Based on 100% of the mass of the cementing material, the cementing material comprises 30%-60% of water-quenched blast furnace slag, 20%-50% of steel slag and 10%-20% of desulfurized gypsum; based on 100% of the mass of the aggregate, the aggregate comprises 60% of copper smelting slag and 40% of barren rock. The method comprises the following steps: S1, mixing a cementing material and water according to a mass ratio of 10: (6-7) to obtain a slurry mixture; and S2, uniformly mixing and stirring aggregate, a water reducing agent and the slurry, filling into a mold, and carrying out vibration molding, so as to obtain the solid-waste-based wet-spraying concrete. The composite material can be applied to roadway engineering support and building application materials of mines.
