The invention belongs to the field of waterproof coatings, and particularly relates to a two-component reactive coating composition, a preparation method thereof and application of the two-component reactive coating composition in a self-adhesive coiled material. The reactive composition comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises 10-80wt% of asphalt and/or petroleum resin, 0-70wt% of oil, 0-30wt% of rubber, 10-80wt% of a hydratable filler, 0-70wt% of a non-hydratable filler and 0-5% of a cross-linking agent; and the component B comprises a water-based polymer emulsion. A coating film generated by the component A and the component B has good water resistance, and keeps good adhesive property with a building base layer and a self-adhesive coiled material after being soaked in water for a long time.
