The invention provides a wing rail rotating type toothed rail turnout mechanism. The wing rail rotating type toothed rail turnout mechanism comprises a switch part, a fixed guide rail part, a rotating rail part and a first toothed rail. The switch part is used for achieving reversing of the straight line side and the curve side of the turnout. The fixed guide rail part is used for realizing butt joint between the switch part and the rotating rail part of the rail; the rotating rail part is used for connecting the rail and the first toothed rail. According to the turnout mechanism provided by the invention, the rotary straight side rack rail, the rotary curved side rack rail and the wing rail are connected into a whole, so that the space occupied by the turnout during switching is reduced, and the number of movable parts of the rack rail turnout is greatly reduced; and the gear track turnout reversing is realized only through the switch and the thrust device, the action sequence of the turnout structure is optimized, and the driving control is simpler.
