The invention discloses a preparation process of a wear-resistant plastic runway, the wear-resistant plastic runway sequentially comprises a substrate layer, a waterproof layer, an elastic layer and a wear-resistant layer from bottom to top, and the wear-resistant plastic runway is prepared by the following steps: 1, laying cement or asphalt on a pavement to form the substrate layer; 2, water-borne epoxy resin is laid on the surface of the substrate layer to form a waterproof layer; thirdly, a mixture of a waterproof polyurethane adhesive and ethylene propylene diene monomer particles is laid on the surface of the waterproof layer, and an elastic layer is formed; 4, forming a wear-resistant layer on the surface of the elastic layer by using a mixture of a water-resistant polyurethane adhesive, ethylene propylene diene monomer particles and a filler; by introducing the elastic layer and the wear-resistant layer, the rubber runway is endowed with excellent wear resistance and prolonged service life while elasticity is provided for the rubber runway, and the elastic layer and the wear-resistant layer are bonded by a synthesized water-resistant polyurethane adhesive, so that the rubber runway has excellent water resistance.
