The equipment comprises a vehicle body, a controller, and a rubber asphalt storing and spraying device, a matrix asphalt storing and spraying device and an aggregate storing and spraying device which are arranged on the vehicle body and controlled by the controller, wherein the rubber asphalt spray head and the matrix asphalt spray head are respectively connected with the conveying pipeline through bearings, the spraying angle can be freely adjusted, a certain proportion of vulcanizing agent is added into the matrix asphalt, and the matrix asphalt is fully mixed with the rubber asphalt through the spray heads, so that in-situ rapid crosslinking of the rubber asphalt after high-temperature mixing is realized; therefore, the crack resistance, impact resistance and fatigue resistance of the rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer are improved.
