Correcting and limiting device for steel box girder
The steel box girder deviation rectifying and limiting device comprises a foundation assembly, a limiting assembly and a deviation rectifying assembly, the deviation rectifying assembly comprises second counter-force frames, and the bottom ends of the second counter-force frames are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the top end of a construction platform and located between first counter-force frames on the same side; third hydraulic rods are fixedly connected to the top ends of the second counter-force frames correspondingly, and top plates are rotationally connected to the ends, close to the steel box girder, of the third hydraulic rods correspondingly. According to the deviation correcting device, the steel box girder can be jacked back to the original position by extending the third hydraulic rod on the side, deviating from the steel box girder, of the steel box girder, the deviation correcting purpose is achieved, due to the fact that a top plate, an anti-skid block and the third hydraulic rod can freely rotate, the anti-skid block is continuously stressed to change the dip angle so as to be attached to the side wall of the steel box girder, and the pushing process of the third hydraulic rod can be stabilized through the anti-skid block; and the limiting blocks can limit the sagging inclination angles of the top plate and the anti-skid blocks, and stable operation of the deviation rectifying mechanism can be maintained conveniently.
本发明公开了一种钢箱梁纠偏限位装置,包括基础组件、限位组件和纠偏组件,所述纠偏组件包括第二反力架,所述第二反力架底端固定连接在施工平台顶端的左右两侧并位于同侧第一反力架之间,所述第二反力架顶端均固定连接有第三液压杆,所述第三液压杆靠近钢箱梁的一端均转动连接有顶板。本发明中,利用钢箱梁偏离一侧的第三液压杆伸长即可将钢箱梁顶回原位,实现纠偏目的,由于顶板、防滑块与第三液压杆之间可自由转动,因而防滑块将不断受力而改变倾角以贴合钢箱梁侧壁,利用防滑块能够稳定第三液压杆推动的过程,保障纠偏工作的成功进行,限位块能够限制顶板、防滑块的下垂倾角,便于维持纠偏机制的稳定运行。
