The invention discloses a prestressed anchor rod static pressure prefabricated reinforced concrete square pile which is composed of a prefabricated reinforced concrete square pile serving as a standard pile section, high-strength prestressed twisted steel, a pile tip section concrete square pile used for pile tip anchoring and a pile top tensioning end. When the prefabricated reinforced concrete square pile is prefabricated, a full-length reserved hole channel is reserved in the center of the section of a pile body. Compared with the prior art, the construction method has the following beneficial effects that (1) the channel is reserved, so that later-stage mounting and tensioning of the high-strength prestressed twisted steel are facilitated, the tension bearing capacity of the pile body adopting the high-strength prestressed steel is high, the number of common steel bars can be reduced, and the construction is only needed; the uplift bearing capacity of a single pile is not affected by the quality of a pile connecting joint, stability and reliability are achieved, the section of a pile body cannot generate cracks, and durability is guaranteed.
本发明一种预应力锚杆静压预制钢筋混凝土方桩,该方桩由作为标准桩节的预制钢筋混凝土方桩、高强预应力螺纹钢筋、用于桩端锚固的桩尖节混凝土方桩及桩顶张拉端组成,所述预制钢筋混凝土方桩预制时在桩身截面中心留通长预留孔道。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:1)通过预留通道,便于后期高强预应力螺纹钢筋的安装张拉,使得采用高强预应筋桩身受拉承载力高,可减少普通钢筋数量的配置,仅按构造即可;2)单桩抗拔承载力不受接桩接头质量影响,稳定可靠;3)桩身截面不会产生裂缝,耐久性得到保证。
