Deep foundation pit permanent and temporary combined supporting structure and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a deep foundation pit permanent and temporary combined supporting structure which comprises fender posts, top beams, specially-made waist beam joints and specially-made concrete supporting joints, the specially-made waist beam joints are provided with externally-laid waterproof coiled materials, internally-preset side wall vertical steel bars and steel bar connectors, and water stop steel plates are arranged on the upper portions and the lower portions of the specially-made waist beam joints; floor slab horizontal steel bars are arranged in the specially-made concrete supporting nodes, steel bar connectors are arranged on the specially-made concrete supporting nodes, and water stop steel plates are arranged on the left and right; when a main body structure is constructed, the main body side wall reinforcing steel bars and the waist beam reinforcing steel bars can be connected through the reinforcing steel bar connectors, the waterproof coiled materials are in lap joint, and the main body floor reinforcing steel bars and the concrete supports can be connected through the reinforcing steel bar connectors. The method has the characteristic of permanent and temporary combination, permanent and temporary combination is achieved by presetting waterproof and structural connection conditions of a permanent stage for the temporary enclosure structure, the trouble of repeated support disassembly and replacement in traditional inner support design is avoided, the construction period is shortened, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and considerable economic benefits are achieved.
