Construction method of buckle steel pipe pile underground diaphragm wall composite cofferdam
A construction method for a composite cofferdam of an underground diaphragm wall of a lock catch steel pipe pile comprises the steps that the lock catch steel pipe pile is vibrated and sunk through a vibratory hammer, a rotary drilling rig is used for conducting rotary drilling on the lock catch steel pipe pile by 1 m, a reamer bit is used for reaming a drill hole which is drilled by 1 m after rotary drilling, and then the vibratory hammer is used for vibrating and sinking the steel pipe pile by 1 m; rotary excavating and reaming are repeated for multiple times, so that the lock catch steel pipe reaches the designated position of the rock stratum; a reinforcement cage and an underwater concrete pouring guide pipe are put down, and underwater concrete is poured after holes are cleaned till the concrete surface exceeds the lock catch steel pipe pile by 3 m; and after the strength of the concrete is reached, the lock catch steel pipe pile-underground diaphragm wall composite cofferdam is formed. The method is novel in design, clear in target and easy and convenient to operate, and the cofferdam construction problems of high water depth flow velocity, thin covering layer and deep bed rock in the inland river are solved.
