The air bags are fixed in all sub-cabins of the assembled composite barrel type foundation in advance, after all the sub-cabins and all the umbrella-shaped supporting mechanisms are correspondingly located, the air bags are inflated till the composite barrel type foundation is just jacked up from a ship plate, all the sub-cabins can be protected in the transportation process, and shaking and bending deformation of sub-cabin plates are avoided; and jacking force can be provided by inflating the air bag after transportation, so that the mounting efficiency is improved.
