The invention discloses non-negative pressure secondary water supply equipment which comprises a steady flow tank, a water outlet pipe and a water pump, a plurality of adjusting pipes are connected between the steady flow tank and the water outlet pipe in parallel, the water pump is installed on the adjusting pipes, one end of the water outlet pipe is connected with a pressure tank, and the other end of the water outlet pipe is connected with a home-entry pipe network. The water pumping device comprises a water suction pump and a water pumping pipe used for extending underground to be connected into underground water, the water inlet end of the water suction pump is connected with the water suction pipe, the water outlet end of the water suction pump is connected with the flow stabilizing tank, the two ends of the water suction pump are connected with first electromagnetic valves, and an anti-vortex device is installed at a water outlet of the flow stabilizing tank. A clean and sanitary water source is provided by combining municipal water supply and underground water, the municipal water supply serves as a main water supply source, the underground water serves as an auxiliary water supply source, the flow adjusting capacity of the flow stabilizing tank is improved, and therefore frequent starting and stopping of a booster pump are avoided, and the failure rate of non-negative-pressure secondary water supply equipment is increased.
