The invention provides a super high-rise residence refuge floor cantilever construction structure and a construction method thereof.The super high-rise residence refuge floor cantilever construction structure comprises a cantilever structure, the cantilever structure comprises a plurality of main structural beams which at least penetrate through concrete structural walls in two refuge floors and are horizontally arranged, and the upper ends of the main structural beams are in lap joint with at least one large-span secondary structural beam in a cross-shaped staggered mode; cantilever beams with single ends embedded in a concrete structure wall in the refuge layer are further in lap joint with the main structure beams; the operation platform comprises a plurality of construction cross rods which are in lap joint with the main structural beams or attached to/penetrate through the secondary structural beams, the construction cross rods are further detachably connected with supporting vertical rods which are vertically arranged, the supporting vertical rods are horizontally connected with platform cross rods in a buckled mode, the platform cross rods stretch into a room of the lower layer of the refuge floor, and a plurality of scaffold vertical rods are arranged in the room of the lower layer of the refuge floor; scaffold cross rods which are connected with the lower ends of the supporting vertical rods in a buckled mode and stretch into a room of the lower layer of the refuge layer to be connected with the scaffold vertical rods in a buckled mode are further arranged below the platform cross rods.
