The invention discloses a novel movable phase change wall applied to a disaster relief board room and a using method of the novel movable phase change wall. The novel movable phase change wall comprises wallboards, a sliding rotating shaft, a handle and a wall frame. The wall plate is of a rectangular plate structure, the section structure of the wall plate sequentially comprises a color steel plate, a phase change material layer, a heat preservation material layer and a retroreflection material layer from one face to the other face, the top and the bottom of one end of the wall plate are each provided with a sliding rotating shaft in the vertical direction, and a square hole matched with the wall plate is formed in the wall body frame. Sliding grooves matched with the sliding rotating shafts are formed in the top and the bottom of the wall body frame, all the sliding rotating shafts are in sliding fit with the sliding grooves in the corresponding sides, and the wallboards are in rotating fit with the sliding grooves through the two sliding rotating shafts arranged at the ends of the wallboards. According to the design, the phase change energy storage technology can be used for relieving the contradiction that energy supply and demand of a building are not matched in time, space and strength, the heat radiation reflectivity can be increased through the retroreflection characteristic of the retroreflection material, and the heat preservation performance of the disaster relief board room is further improved.
一种应用于救灾板房的新型可移动相变墙体及其使用方法,包括:墙板、滑动转轴、把手及墙体框架;墙板为长方形板结构,墙板的断面结构从一面至另一面依次为彩钢板、相变材料层、保温材料层及逆反射材料层,墙板一端的顶部及底部均沿竖直方向设置有一个滑动转轴,墙体框架内开设有与墙板相配合的方孔,墙体框架的顶部及底部均开设有与滑动转轴相配合的滑槽,各个滑动转轴均与其相应侧的滑槽滑动配合,墙板通过其端部设置的两个滑动转轴与滑槽旋转配合。本设计不仅可以利用相变储能技术缓解建筑物的能量供求在时间、空间和强度上不匹配的矛盾,而且可以通过逆反射材料的逆反射特性增加热辐射反射率,进一步提高救灾板房的保温性能。
