Assembled steel plate shear wall system with steel frame embedded with thin steel plate grids
A split mounting type steel plate shear wall system with thin steel plate grids embedded in a steel frame comprises a steel frame structure, thin steel plate grid modules with frames, angle steel connecting pieces and high-strength bolts. Columns and beams of the steel frame structure can be made of various types of profile steel and are manufactured in a factory. The steel frame beam columns are connected through high-strength bolts by means of modularized thin steel plate grids embedded in the four corners of the frame. The modularized thin steel plate grids are welded, processed and manufactured in a factory and are formed by T-shaped connection of thin steel plates and frame plates through welding seams, the thin steel plate grids are arranged in a chessboard shape, the grids at the adjacent positions are evacuated and are connected with peripheral frame beams and columns through high-strength bolts, and thin steel plate modules are connected through angle steel connecting pieces and high-strength bolts. The checkerboard-shaped assembled frame steel plate shear wall system embedded with the modularized thin steel plate grids is formed through on-site assembling; the angle steel connecting piece is formed by welding steel plates into angle steel, and triangular plate stiffening ribs are welded to improve rigidity.
