Building structure column construction method
The invention discloses a building structure column construction method which comprises the following steps: clamping two inner keels on a connecting steel plate through positioning steel bars, aligning the opening side of an outer keel to the inner wing plate sides of the two inner keels, and then forcibly pushing the outer keel to the inner keels; the two first turnups are embedded into the U-shaped grooves in the outer sides of the two second reinforcing ribs respectively, meanwhile, the first reinforcing rib is inserted between the two second turnups, the other outer-layer keel is fixedly installed on the other sides of the two inner-layer keels in a similar way, the two first turnups of the outer-layer keel are embedded into the U-shaped grooves of the two second reinforcing ribs of the inner-layer keels respectively, and the two first turnups of the outer-layer keel are embedded into the U-shaped grooves of the two second reinforcing ribs of the inner-layer keels respectively. The first turnups of the two outer layer keels are tightly squeezed in the U-shaped grooves, the lower edges of the two outer layer keels are welded to the upper surface of the connecting steel plate, and finally a cavity formed by the two outer layer keels and the two inner layer keels is filled with filling concrete. The cold-formed thin-walled steel plates on the inner layer and the outer layer can be connected under the condition that the cold-formed thin-walled steel plates of the structural column are not damaged, operation is easy, and time and labor are saved.
本发明公开了一种建筑结构柱施工方法,将两个内层龙骨通过定位钢筋卡在连接钢板上了,将一个外层龙骨的开口侧对准两个内层龙骨的内翼板侧,然后将该外层龙骨用力推向内层龙骨,两个翻边一分别嵌入两个第二加强肋外侧的U型槽内,同时第一加强肋插入两个翻边二之间,同理将另一个外层龙骨固定安装在两个内层龙骨另一侧,该外层龙骨的两个翻边一分别嵌入内层龙骨两个第二加强肋的U型槽内,两个外层龙骨的翻边一在U型槽内挤紧,将两个外层龙骨的下缘与连接钢板的上表面焊接,最后再在两个外层龙骨和两个内层龙骨形成的空腔内填充填充混凝土。本申请可以在不破坏结构柱冷弯薄壁钢板的情况下连接内外两层冷弯薄壁钢板,操作简单,省时省力。
