Construction method of geocell for fixing planting soil on inclined roof
The invention relates to a construction method of an earthwork standard room for fixing planting soil on an inclined roof. Comprising the following steps: actually measuring the number and point locations of anchor rods according to the stress condition of an earthwork standard room, and determining the mounting positions of the anchor rods; the anchor rod is fixed to the turning beam structure of the sloping roof through a bolt by means of the point position measured in advance; the earthwork standard rooms are laid on the sloping roof and unfolded, manual laying is adopted, and when the earthwork standard rooms meet anchor rods, one of the standard rooms is sleeved with the anchor rods; a steel strand penetrates through a hole formed in the welding position of the geocell in advance; a buckle is arranged at the joint of the two earthwork standard rooms; when passing through the anchor rod, the steel strand penetrates through a reserved hole in the upper portion of the anchor rod, and after penetrating, the steel strand is additionally provided with a buckle at the tail, so that the steel strand is stable and does not fall off; soil is filled in the geocell; and the steel strand is tensioned. According to the method, the anchor rods and the steel strands are mounted on the sloping roof structure, so that the problem of slippage of the geocell due to slope and stress is solved, and meanwhile, the fixation is not limited due to the size of the geocell.
本发明是一种用于倾斜屋面上种植土固定的土工格室建造方法;包括根据土工格室的受力情况,实际测量出锚杆的数量及点位,将锚杆安装位置确定好;通过提前测量好的点位,将锚杆通过螺栓固定于斜屋面的翻梁结构上;土工格室安装:将土工格室铺设于斜屋面上并展开,采用人工铺设,遇锚杆时,将格室其中一个套过锚杆;将钢绞线穿过于土工格室焊接处提前开好的孔;两片土工格室连接处,设置卡扣;经过锚杆时,穿过锚杆上部预留孔洞,钢绞线穿完,在尾部加设卡扣,使钢绞线稳定不脱落;土工格室内上土;钢绞线拉紧。本方法通过在斜屋面结构上安装锚杆加穿钢绞线,解决了土工格室因为坡度原因,受力,产生的滑移,同时也不会因为格室的大小,而固定受限。
