A VHP sterilization inlet and a VHP sterilization outlet are formed in the inner wall of the mounting cavity, and the VHP sterilization inlet and the VHP sterilization outlet are connected with a VHP injection pipeline and a VHP discharge pipeline respectively; and the VHP injection pipeline and the VHP discharge pipeline respectively extend into the inner cavity of the delivery window. The sterilization effect is improved.
