Intelligent force measuring support and rapid sensor replacement method thereof
The invention relates to an intelligent force measuring support and a rapid sensor replacement method thereof, and the support comprises a sensor backing plate which is provided with an accommodation groove; the support body is arranged in the containing groove and used for being connected with a main beam. The force measuring sensor is arranged at the bottom of the accommodating groove and is used for monitoring the stress condition of the support main body; when the support body is embedded into the containing groove and makes contact with the force transducer, the height of the portion, sinking into the containing groove, of the support body is smaller than the thickness of the replacement base plate. When the force transducer needs to be replaced, only the main beam needs to be supported to remove the pressure borne by the replacement base plate, or the main beam is jacked up by 1-2 mm to separate the sensor base plate from the replacement base plate, then the replacement base plate is pulled out, and then the sensor base plate can be completely separated from the support body. Therefore, the sensor base plate can be pulled out from the bottom of the support main body to replace the sensor, the sensor can be rapidly replaced, the support main body does not need to be replaced, the replacement difficulty is low, and the replacement cost is reduced.
